** Sensory Toy set comes in a 24-piece set and we are unable to replace each individual toy. We ask that once your toy set is over half gone, then you request a replacement set. Thanks!

You will need the following information to submit a request for a replacement item -

4) Item used
5) A brief testimonial on the circumstances and how the item worked (Required)
6) If your agency has been trained on the use of a Carter Kit
Due to high demand, we may not be able to fulfill all requests for replacement items. Replacement items for your sensory bag will be dependent on the availability of stock and funding.
